I ordered from jaxkelly.com and I’m still confused?? They sent me the wrong bracelet, and one of the items I paid for wasn’t even in the package. Shipping took way longer than expected too. I reached out to support, but the replies were super short and didn’t really help. Just not worth the hassle for me, I won’t be ordering again.

The item itself was really cute when it showed up, and overall the presentation was nice. I liked the little details, but the box was bent a bit and didn’t seem like it was protected very well. Nothing inside was actually damaged, thankfully, but I was planning to give it as a gift, so I expected it to look a little more polished. That part was weird. It’s not a bad buy, just not as clean-looking as I hoped

I’m really happy with the quality. It feels sturdy, nicely made, and like it’s going to hold up well. Definitely gives me confidence that I made a good choice.

I tried to place an order, but the whole website just felt clunky to me. Pages were slow, and I kept having to click around longer than I should have just to find what I wanted. Maybe I’m just used to smoother shopping sites, but the checkout also felt like more work than it needed to be. It made the whole experience kind of annoying instead of easy.

I really liked the crystal jewelry, it’s all super and has that cute little sparkle to it. I just wish there was a bit more info on sizing and all that, because it would’ve made choosing easier.

It’s not bad overall, and the value is around decent, but I do feel like it’s a bit pricey for what you get.

I ordered from jaxkelly.com and ended up needing to reach out to customer service because my tracking info wasn’t really updating and I was a little confused.

They did get back to me and they were nice about it, so no big issue there. It just took longer than I thought it would, like a couple days between replies, which gets kinda frustrating when your just waiting around for an update.

In the end everything got figured out and my order was fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the responses were a bit quicker and maybe a little more clear, thats all.

The smell is strong and lasts a long time. It reminds me of walking into a room hours later and still catching that same scent, which I kind of love
